All clients must sign a liability waiver before starting any Train and Nourish programs.
All programs, plans and services are non-refundable and non-transferable upon starting them.
Fitness programs, plans and services can be frozen for a specified period of time. When freezing an account, written notice is required and must be signed by both the client and a representative of T&N Fitness Studio.
Individual plans or weeks cannot be transferred to other clients.
Clients may push workouts ahead or move workouts on provided calendar with the exception of certain specials or plans that are meant to be finished in a specific time frame/period.
If a T&N trainer attempts to contact a client and receives no response in the app for more than a week, the trainer will then deactivate that account. A deactivation notice email will be spent to the client.
Clients may take advantage of any special that is running and begin at a later date.
Train and Nourish will not share any progress photos unless given permission by the client.
