All clients must agree to our policies before starting a program at T&N or making a purchase.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
Train and Nourish is a cashless business. All transactions are processed through our booking software, Mindbody, which uses TSYS, a secured and verified merchant account. We require a credit card (VISA, AMEX, Mastercard) to be held on file through Mindbody in order to process all transactions including late cancellations, refunds and recurring payments.
FACILITY USE
All of our studios are designed for multiple training sessions and/or classes at one time. They are divided by equipment to accommodate group classes and personal training sessions. That means if there is a group class happening there also may be a personal training session scheduled or there may be more than one or two coaches with a client at one time.
Please be aware if you schedule during one of our group class sessions or during another training session that equipment may be shared.
CANCELLATION POLICY (GROUP CLASSES)
You must cancel a group class more than 12 hours before the class begins or your credit card attached to your Mindbody account will be charged in full for that class. If you have a group class package it will be taken from your balance. You will not be charged if a class is canceled with more than 12 hours notice.
Unlimited group class members will be charged $8 for a no show or late cancellation fee.
Please use our booking system or contact us if you need to cancel or reschedule your class.
Train and Nourish does not have the ability to give refunds through third party class reservation systems. If you feel like you were charged incorrectly for a late cancellation through a third party other than MindBody please contact their support.
In the case that an instructor may not be able to instruct a class given personal or health reasons the instructor will make every attempt to find another coach to serve as a substitute for that class. There may be times when you attend a class with a substitute coach. At other times, however, an instructor may not be able to find a substitute and the class will be canceled.
CANCELLATION POLICY (PERSONAL TRAINING & NUTRITION)
You must cancel a personal training or nutrition appointment 24 hours before the appointment begins or your credit card attached to your Mindbody account will be charged in full for that session. If you have a package it will be taken from your balance. You will not be charged if a session is canceled with more than 24 hours notice. You may reschedule 12 hours before your appointment.
Please be advised that coaches may have to cancel appointments because of personal or health reasons. You will not be charged a session if the coach cannot get you rescheduled with another trainer. Your coach will do everything possible to schedule you with another coach if one is available.
Please use our booking system or contact us if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY (AUTOPAY/CONTRACTS)
Clients must provide 30 days notice in writing to contact@trainandnourish.com if requesting to cancel an auto pay or group class contract. If it is less than 30 days notice the next billing cycle will run and will cancel the next.
Contracts cannot be frozen or paused. If you will be on vacation or injured you should terminate your contract with 30 days notice. If you wish to cancel without 30 days notice there is a $99 cancellation fee.
EXPIRATION DATE POLICIES
All packages for personal training, group classes and nutrition expire and cannot be extended.
5 packs: 2 months from purchase date
10 packs: 3 months from purchase date
24 packs: 6 months from purchase date
The 3 group class intro pack expires 15 days after the date it is first used. That means it is activated after your first visit.
T&N sends out automatic alerts when packages are 14 and 7 days from expiration. Be sure to opt into email and text notifications.
FREEZING/TRANSFERRING POLICY
Packages for personal training and/or group classes cannot be frozen. All sessions must be used by the expiration date. For emergency situations such as medical, etc. please contact us in writing before the time period at contact@trainandnourish.com.
All sales on packages are final and cannot be transferred for a different service.
PRICING
Prices are subject to change at the discretion of Train and Nourish.
CONTRACTS & AUTO PAY POLICIES
All personal training and group class contracts have a two month minimum enrollment period. Clients cannot commit to a 1 month contract. If you wish to cancel after two months you must give 30 days written notice, see below for our cancellation policy.
All clients must sign the contract agreement electronically before enrolling. Train and Nourish will deduct a monthly recurring payment from the card on file on the same day each month until notice is given for cancellation. Any unused sessions in a month will roll over into the next month but only can accumulate for up to 60 days.
EXERCISE ATTIRE
Proper athletic attire must be worn while using the fitness studio. Sneakers, socks, athletic pants/shorts, and t-shirts are considered appropriate attire. Jeans are not permitted. Jeans often have studs, rivets and zippers which may tear the fabric on the benches. Bare feet, socks only or sandals are NOT permitted. During winter months and rainy days, please bring a dry pair of shoes or an umbrella.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
During times of inclement weather, T&N Fitness Studio will make every effort to remain open. There may be times, however, that a coach is unable to make a group class or appointment due to weather conditions (especially in the early morning). In that case we will call you as soon as possible to reschedule.
CELL PHONE USE
As a courtesy to other class members and instructors please refrain from using your cell phone during a group class or session. Cell phone use can be distracting and slow down sessions or classes.
The preceding policies and procedures are not all-inclusive. Other rules and regulations may be posted in and about the studios and shall be binding for all clients.
Management reserves the right to change and amend these policies and procedures as deemed necessary for the safe and functional operation of the studio.
