Billing

T&N Fitness Studio accepts payment in full at the time of service. For clients’ convenience, packages of our services may be purchased on a pre-pay basis. Train and Nourish accepts MasterCard or Visa, no cash.

Absence of Assigned Trainer

Clients will be assigned another trainer should their trainer be absent due to illness, vacation, or resignation/termination of employment from Train and Nourish.

Booking

We encourage all clients to preregister for class online! Class sizes are limited and we cannot guarantee there will be spots available in class if you have not preregistered online.

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES 

Group Classes 

Train and Nourish operates on a scheduled appointment basis for all classes and thus, requires that you provide 24 hour notice when canceling. No charge will be levied if class is cancelled with MORE than 24 hour notice given. Should you cancel a class with LESS than 24 hour notice, you will be charged in full for that class.

Please use our booking system or contact us if you need to cancel or reschedule your class.

Personal Training 

Train and Nourish operates on a scheduled appointment basis for all Private Training sessions and thus, requires that you provide 24 hour notice when canceling an appointment.  No charge will be levied if the session is cancelled with MORE than 24 hour notice given.  Should you cancel a session with LESS than 24 hour notice, you will be charged in full for that session (or it will take the session from your package).  Customers can reschedule 12 hours before their appointment.

COVID-19 POLICIES & PROTOCOLS 

Proof of Vaccination 

All clients are required to wear a mask while inside the studio unless proof of vaccination is provided to a staff member of T&N. You may choose to still wear your mask even if you are vaccinated. Please email us a photo of your vaccination card before your appointment.

All of our staff are fully vaccinated.

COVID-19  Related Incidents 

If you feel sick, please be cautious and either cancel your session prior to 24 hours of the scheduled time or reschedule the session 12 hours prior to the scheduled time.  *** Contacting your trainer to cancel and/or reschedule is recommended; however, trainers may not see your request in time to put it into effect prior to the 24 hours for you not to get charged. Please go into Vagaro and cancel or reschedule the session on your own. 

If you are unable to give proper notice due to a last minute emergency situation, please contact your trainer directly AND email contact@trainandnourish.com

PACKAGE REFUNDS/TRANSFERS/EXCHANGES 

For classes, class packages, personal training single sessions and personal training packages there are no refunds, transfers or exchanges. Train and Nourish is not responsible for accidental bookings.

(e.g. the purchase of a 30-minute 5-pack cannot be exchanged or transferred for a 45-minute 5-pack).

 

PACKAGE EXPIRATIONS 

Beginning on 10/1/21, all packages purchased on or after 10/1/21 will expire 6 months after purchase date.

(Expiration time periods are subject to change).

FREEZING PACKAGES 

Packages for personal training and/or group classes cannot be frozen.  We are not a membership-based studio.  All sessions must be used by the 6-month expiration date.  For emergency situations such as medical, etc. please contact us in writing before the time period at contact@trainandnourish.com

PRICING

Prices are subject to change at the discretion of Train and Nourish.

Our instructors will stay home if they feel symptoms.

Masks are optional with proof of vaccination. You must email your vaccination card to contact@trainandnourish.com. 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

IF THERE IS MORE THAN ONE TRAINER WITH A CLIENT FOR A 1:1 ARE YOU GOING TO SHARE EQUIPMENT?

No, trainers will have a designated spot during your session so that equipment is not shared and social distancing is remained.

CAN I USE MY EXISTING PACKAGE CREDITS FOR CLASSES OR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS?

Yes! Please use your credits!

WILL YOU STILL BE OFFERING VIRTUAL WORKOUTS?

Yes, however we will be cutting down the amount of virtual classes soon and doing more outdoor morning classes while the weather is nice.

WILL YOU STILL OFFER OUTDOOR CLASSES?

Yes!

IF I SCHEDULE A 1:1 WILL THERE BE ANOTHER TRAINER AND CLIENT WORKING OUT TOO?

That is possible however if you request just a 1:1 session with just your trainer please specify with your trainer and we will be happy to accomodate.
