We have implemented new policies and procedures that will help minimize risk and maximize safety for all of our babes. 

Cleaning protocols

  • Deep cleaning 2X per week
  • 10 min gaps between appointments to clean off used equipment
  • Multiple hand sanitizing stations
  • No sharing equipment without being sanitized first
  • Keeping a full stock of cleaning products like Clorox wipes, hand sanitizers and cleaning supplies

Social distancing

  • 6ft separation for one on one sessions between trainers and clients
  • Marked areas on the floor to know where to stand and keep distance from either your trainer or other members
  • 10 minutes between scheduled groups or clients to ensure the max capacity is 5 people in at one time (4 members and 1 instructor)
  • Coaches will only use visual and verbal cues with clients

Safety protocols

  • No contact between members
  • If you are sick stay at home
  • Our instructors will stay home if they feel symptoms
  • Please arrive at the studio at the exact time of your appointment (no more than 5 minutes early)
  • Please depart the studio when your session or class is over
  • Masks are required

Small group/class safety measures

  • Each member will have their own designated space and will not share equipment
  • Equipment will be wiped down thoroughly after each use
  • Classes will be set up at 4 max members plus one instructor to ensure social distancing
  • Small group and class session capping: 4 members and one personal trainer with ~250SF space at once.
  • NEW CLASS STRUCTURE: 4 stations total with 2 exercises per station. Complete four rounds at each station – each person is required to clean off their station with wipes after use – 2 minutes of cleaning for each station and then change stations
    • Example: Squat rack and TRX is one station. Complete four rounds of 2 exercises / CLEAN / move to next station which could be treadmill and floor work.
  • Bring your own sweat towels

HOW LONG ARE NEW STYLE OF CLASSES?

A single class is 50 minutes long. Please show up 5 minutes prior to class and no sooner.

IF THERE IS MORE THAN ONE TRAINER WITH A CLIENT FOR A 1:1 ARE YOU GOING TO SHARE EQUIPMENT?

No, trainers will have a designated spot during your session so that equipment is not shared and social distancing is remained.

CAN I USE MY EXISTING PACKAGE CREDITS FOR CLASSES OR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS?

Yes! Please use your credits!

WILL YOU STILL BE OFFERING VIRTUAL WORKOUTS?

Yes, however we will be cutting down the amount of virtual classes soon and doing more outdoor morning classes while the weather is nice.

WILL YOU STILL OFFER OUTDOOR CLASSES?

Yes!

WILL THE CLASS SCHEDULE BE DIFFERENT?

Yes, we will only be adding a few time slots during the week to start out since this is new for us!

IF I SCHEDULE A 1:1 WILL THERE BE ANOTHER TRAINER AND CLIENT WORKING OUT TOO?

That is possible however if you request just a 1:1 session with just your trainer please specify with your trainer and we will be happy to accomodate.

ARE YOUR CLASSES SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?

Yes! All of our classes can be modified for any level!
