THE SPACE

Train and Nourish Studio is a boutique Personal Training facility located in Philadelphia, PA and was specifically designed to be a welcoming space women could feel comfortable exercising in. With state of the art equipment including free weights, kettlebells, TRX, and cardio machines, you will get a full body workout without the intimidation factor.

NUTRITION

Nutrition is an important part to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. At the studio we offer nutritional guidance in the form of meal plans and personalized consultations to help you learn how to fuel your body properly, especially when weight training.

 

NEW CLIENT SPECIALS

Get a free 30 minute personal training consultation with one of our female trainers when you book online. During your consultation our trainers will discuss your goals, what you want to achieve and your workout history and take measurements. You will work one on one with a trainer to learn the form of exercises as well as get a quick sweat in.

First time class takers – get your first class free when you purchase your second! This is a two for one deal special for new clients only. Come in and check us out!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW LONG IS A CLASS?

A single class is one hour long. Please show up 10 minutes prior to class if it is your first time to sign our waiver form and learn the ins and outs.

DO YOUR TRAINERS WORK WITH PRE/POST NATAL WOMEN?

Yes! We welcome you to a class or training session at any stage of your pregnancy. We also can modify any exercise for post pregnancy and ease you back into a routine when working one on one with a trainer. We always recommend speaking to your doctor before or after pregnancy to get cleared to exercise.

WHAT IF I HAVE A PREVIOUS INJURY?

We can modify any exercise or workout to accommodate any previous injuries. We recommend getting cleared by a doctor or physical therapist before starting an exercise routine.

ARE YOUR CLASSES SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?

Yes! All of our classes can be modified for any level!
