Unlike a typical gym, the T&N studio was specifically designed to be a beautiful space women could feel comfortable working out in. With state of the art equipment including weights, kettlebells, TRX, and cardio machines, you get a gym workout without the intimidation factor.

The Team

Jenna F. – Head Trainer, Owner

It wasn’t until after college that Jenna started to put her health first—and when she did, she saw amazing results. After changing her diet and optimizing her workouts to meet her goals, she became motivated to help others do the same.

She started as a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant, helping people understand what to eat for not just their physical health but also their mental health. She then became a Certified Personal Trainer and was able to create a food + fitness formula to help her clients achieve healthy, sustainable lifestyles.

Shannon H. – Personal Trainer

Shannon is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM. Previously a special education teacher, Shannon turned to fitness before or after the work day as a release and to improve her physical and emotional wellbeing. She would attend different types of workout classes or would create her own workouts and then began extending her workouts to family and friends. Shannon finally decided it was time to take her knowledge to the next level to become certified and has been providing others with the positive benefits of fitness, specifically through high intensity interval training and circuit training.

Larissa W. – Personal Trainer

Larissa is a NASM certified personal trainer. Fitness has always been a big part of her life. She played multiple sports from a young age and throughout college. After college She turned to HIIT classes, boxing, spinning and strength training to fill the void of sports. She loves helping others achieve their goals while finding a passion for fitness along the way.
