East Passyunk
Located in the heart of Passyunk Avenue, we are thrilled to say this is our “flagship” studio! Starting in 2019, pre-pandemic days, we have built a community here with incredible women who still, to this day, attend our sessions and classes! We have clients visit us from Queen Village, Pennsport, Point Breeze, and other parts of South Philly!
Located right off of Spring Garden Avenue in a cute little neighborhood, our Art Museum is our second location to open in 2021. We have met some of the most incredible women here who have become family! Ladies come from Rittenhouse, Logan Square, Brewerytown, Fairmount and Center City to this location!
Our second location, opening in 2021 in the Art Museum area is located in a cute and quiet neighborhood just below Fairmount. You may have passed us walking to get a coffee at Twisted Grounds! We have cable machines, squat racks, a leg press, assault bike, dumbbells, kettlebells and more!
Our Fishtown location is a beautiful space with tons of natural light, located below the “L” line on Front Street. This location was opened in 2022, building a community of strong and independent women. This space is our largest location with two floors of equipment! Ladies come to visit us from Fishtown, Northern Liberties, Old City, Callowhill, Kensington and more!
Our newest location, located in the heart of Ardmore, opened in September of 2023. This is our first location outside of the city, located walking distance to Suburban Square! We are so excited to build a brand new community here and to meet all of the ladies of the Main Line! Many ladies have come in since September from all over including Bala Cynwyd, Bryn Mawr, Haverford, Wayne, and Manayunk!
