Full Body HIIT Style Classes

Get the results and attention you would gain from personal training sessions in a fun and social environment lead by our amazing coaches. All classes consist of timed, high intensity interval circuits designed to hit all parts of the body for an intense sweat and fat burning session. Expect to tone and sculpt your body with weight training in addition to improving your cardiovascular system with high endurance exercises. Get an effective workout with a variety of exercises using free weights, TRX bands, kettle bells, stability equipment and cables. For example a circuit may include kettle bell swings, TRX squats, dumbbell chest presses and planks. All classes can be modified for any level. Classes are 60 minutes and capped out at 8 ladies per class to give you a personalized experience.
