Your personal trainer will regularly assess your progress, including strength gains, and overall fitness improvements. We also encourage open communication, so you can share your experiences and any concerns during your sessions. We do not support weight or body measurements as progress. Your energy, strength and confidence levels are most important.
Yes! We have certified personal trainers who are experienced with previous injuries. If you have been cleared by your physical therapist to train, come in and we can help you strengthen around your injury!
Yes! Our coaches have experience helping pre and post natal clients and we see them every day. Modifications are given for classes or in your personal training sessions. Coaches listen to how your body feels and what your doctor has suggested. Always get approval from your doctor first when starting a new fitness program.
We don’t have one! We work with all ages from early twenties to late seventies! There is something for everyone at T&N. However, anyone under 18 must have a parental consent form signed.
You will come into the studio in workout clothes for a 30 minute appointment. The first 10-12 minutes will be spent telling your coach about your exercise history, your goals, any previous injuries and what you want to accomplish together. This session is all about YOU. Then you’ll go through a quick 5 minute fitness assessment in order for your coach to understand your form and know how to start your program. Then, decide what you and your coach want to do going forward!
