Cat is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, specializing in kettlebell strength training through KettleBell Concepts. Her fitness journey began in the Big Apple where she fell in love with everything from group exercise classes to marathons. Since moving to Philadelphia, Cat has spent her time mastering all areas of the fitness industry including training and gym management, while pursuing her personal dream of becoming a bodybuilder. But at the end of the day, the one thing she has always loved most, is making women feel confident and strong.
Cat incorporates a mindful approach to holistic wellness, knowing that when you feel great on the inside, it’s only going to reflect on the exterior as well. She loves showing clients how to do all of life’s basic functional skills as strongly as possible – she will certainly make sure you can take all of your groceries inside in one trip!
Cat has a strategic approach to fitness, but one that allows for the ebbs and flows of life. She strongly believes that you shouldn’t feel tied down by a boring routine, but as free as possible to live a joyful and healthy lifestyle. If you can’t find Cat at the gym, you will probably find her hanging out with her own two cats, Jack and Jiffy, experimenting with food in the kitchen, or singing karaoke way too loud.
