Jenna Fisher

It wasn’t until after college that Jenna started to put her health first—and when she did, she saw amazing results. After changing her diet and optimizing her workouts to meet her goals, she became motivated to help others do the same.

She started as a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant, helping people understand what to eat for not just their physical health but also their mental health. She then became a Certified Personal Trainer and was able to create a food + fitness formula to help her clients achieve healthy, sustainable lifestyles.

Based in Philadelphia, Jenna enjoys trying new restaurants, exploring different cities, training for local races, and spending time with family & friends.

Lindsay L.

Lindsay, a NASM CPT, Group X instructor and Functional Nutrition Coach helps busy women to get fit on the inside so they can accomplish everything they want on the outside.

About 10 years ago, Lindsay left a Financial Investment career behind to pursue her Masters in Exercise Science and Health Promotion.

A born and raised Philly girl, and self-proclaimed wanderlusting foodie, you can normally catch Lindsay walking her rescue dog around the neighborhood.

Leah Rossi

Leah graduated in 2020 with a BA in Psychology and Health & Wellness from Binghamton University in New York. Her background in fitness began as a competitive gymnast in Scottsdale, AZ which provided her with a strong foundation in strength training, conditioning and flexibility. Leah holds her NASM personal trainer certification and uses a patient approach, emphasizing proper form and body awareness as clients progress through their goals. Leah takes pride in helping clients of all ages and abilities build confidence as they develop both inner and outer strength.

RaGina McKissick

South Philly

RaGina is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and dance choreographer. She has been in the fitness industry for over 7 years and a dancer instructor/choreographer for over 17 years. She has taught classes and trained clients throughout the Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey areas. RaGina specializes in HIIT, Circuit Training, Strengthening and Conditioning, Boxing, and Dance Fitness; however, she teaches several other styles of group classes and incorporates various styles of training into her clients’ personalized training programs.

Kate Potter

With a background in mindfulness and cognitive behavior change, Kate believes that exercise is a celebration of what your “meat suit” can do. Her approach to exercise is all about mindfully meeting your body where it’s at while challenging yourself. She is a huge advocate for the mental health benefits of exercise. Kate is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and Behavior Change Specialist. She also holds her RYT-200 and is certified and accredited through a seat of the United Nations as a Mindfulness & Wellbeing Practitioner. She has created online courses to teach her clients how to utilize mindful eating. In addition to her work in wellness, Kate is also the fundraising and event coordinator for Philly Bully Team. She also has been working in live entertainment management for almost a decade. She loves to travel, spend time with her rescue animals, and hike.

Charley Navasaitis

Charley (Sharlay) is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified Personal Trainer, with certifications in Corrective Exercise, Nutrition Coaching, and Performance Enhancement (athletic training). She is also currently working on her Masters in Exercise Science through George Washington University, and additional certifications in Weight Loss and Bodybuilding. She has experience working with everyone from beginners to athletes, including people with disabilities and chronic injuries. Having recovered from a back injury of her own, she takes injury prevention and recovery seriously, helping to improve quality of movement through strength, flexibility, and balance training. Charley is a giant comic book nerd .. she likes to snowboard, been completely around the world 4 times, lived in 27 states and visited 39 total.
