Marta is an exercise enthusiast! At a young age, she was heavily involved in various sports such as softball, basketball, cross country, track & field and CrossFit. As she got older, her passion for fitness only grew. Marta ended up graduating from Temple University with her Bachelor’s in Exercise Sport Science and her Master’s in Integrative Exercise Physiology. During her academic experience, she interned under University of Pennsylvania’s Strength and Conditioning Department and Doylestown Hospital’s Cardiac Rehab Center. During these internships, Marta learned how to implement proper exercise prescriptions for health and performance goals/outcomes. After graduating from Temple University, She worked as a strength coach for several years, providing training and support to a diverse population of both men and women. Now, Marta finds herself at Train and Nourish, continuing to do what she loves while providing women with the best coaching experience! Marta’s greatest joy is helping others build confidence in themselves while encouraging a positive and healthy relationship in the gym. Her goals as a coach is to not only help her clients get stronger and healthier but to also teach and guide them along the way. Overall, Marta strives to help clients reach their goals while providing a safe and friendly environment to train in. Outside of work, Marta trains and competes as a competitive powerlifting, where she hopes to further her career as an athlete and coach!
