All of our nutrition coaches are female and certified in Nutrition coaching. We won’t tell you to cut carbs, to stop eating sugar, to buy expensive foods or to eat this and not that. We want to meet you where you are, figure out why you are in a rut with nutrition and come up with a personalized plan that is maintainable and effective.

The Nourish Program

What is included in the program?

  • 12 virtual nutrition coaching sessions
  • (11) 40 minute sessions, (1) 90 minute session over a 3-6 month period

Our program starts with a deep dive into YOU and your current lifestyle. This includes understanding your existing relationship with food, evaluating your current lifestyle, daily routines, and identifying your specific goals.

Instead of booking random sessions with a coach, this program is designed to help keep you accountable to building new habits and learning how to practice them in real life. That is how you achieve long term success!

The Nourish Membership

The T&N Nourish Membership is a great way to compliment your workout sessions and gain support from a Nutrition Coach. These monthly mini sessions are designed to help educate you and provide tips to maximize your fitness goals.

  • (1) 30 minute virtual session/month
  • (2) 30 minute virtual sessions/month
  • (3) 30 minute virtual sessions/month

Unused sessions roll over for one month. Must commit to 3 month minimum.
